a next business day replacement to a 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days per year service where an engineer brings a replacement
and fits it. All services are upgradeable
We offer all our clients who hold Maintenance Contracts with
us access to our full first line technical support team before dispatching goods or engineers as in 40% of the cases
it is not a faulty component but sometimes a general network malfunction.
