Once product has been located our service also includes:
1. Final confirmation with client for us to proceed.
2. Place order with supplier.
3. Arrange payment in the relevant currency (we have US dollar and euro accounts).
4. Arrange for shipping and, if international, then pay all customs, duty and freight costs to land
it in the UK.
5. Check and fully test goods by our engineers.
6. Despatch goods to client or to directly to their customer (plain wrap service is available).
7. Arrange payment for goods and confirm in writing the warranty.
8. Provide free after sales service for any support or technical issues.
This is a very extensive service and some of our clients
will email a list of all the products they require as it is easier for them to pass this to us and use our service then look
for it themselves.
