Qu.  What exactly is the service you offer?
Ans. We specialise in sourcing difficult to find computer products which may be in short supply or no longer manufactured (end of life).
 
Qu.  Why should I use you?
Ans. The reason companies come to us is that they are unable to obtain the goods from their normal suppliers.  This is probably because their suppliers only access a few routes to market whereas we literally cover hundreds.
 
Qu.  How much does it cost to use your service?
Ans. There is no charge to use this service and you are under no obligation to purchase the goods should we locate them.
 
Qu.  How often can I use it and is there a maximum number of products you can search?
Ans. There is no limit to the number of times you may raise an enquiry and there is no limit to the number of products you can give us to be searched. Our larger clients regularly will email over long lists of products they require and after agreeing budgetry pricing with them they issue a Purchase Order for us to purchase the goods.  This very often helps to keep prices low as we can benefit from spreading the delivery and import costs for multiple products.
 
Qu.  Do I have to purchase the products if you find them?
Ans. No. However, we may spend a considerable number of man hours to source a product so we prefer this service to be used for serious enquiries only so should we find the product, then we like to be in a position to proceed with the order.  This enables us to gain a better service from our suppliers as they will put more time and effort in helping us if they know they also will get an order.
 
Qu.  What types of products do you search for?
Ans. Almost anything to do with computer networking, storage or security, including components, memory and accessories.  There are no manufacturers we do not work with and our list of vendors is ever increasing - click here to see current list.
 
Qu.  Can you guarantee to find them?
Ans. The short answer is no !  However, our success rate is very high and so if the product is available then we will probably be able to locate it.
 
Qu. What happens if you are unable to locate them?
Ans. If after a reasonable time period we cannot find the items then we will contact you.  We will also try and offer alternative models or makes which have similar performance or characteristics.
 
Qu. Is there any warranty?
Ans. Yes, in all cases we offer a warranty of between 90 days and 12 months.  This is largely dependent on the supplier and so our warranty period reflects this.  In most cases it is 12 months.
 
Qu. What if there is a fault or the product does not work?
Ans. All products are fully tested before despatch. If a client is experiencing any problems then our technical support desk are on hand to help and advise.  If by any chance there is a confirmed fault then we will either repair the item, offer a replacement or in the worst case, offer a refund.
 
Qu. Can you install the products?
Ans. Yes.  We offer a full installation service as well as maintenance, support and training.
