Having purchased your hardware you might like to consider taking a Support Contract
with us. Whilst the product will usually have a warranty period (varies from 90 days to 12 months, depending on the equipment),
our Support Service gives you access to our engineers and helpdesk should there be any problems with its operation.
All contracts are fully upgradeable at any time to a higher response level and contracts
are typically from 3 months to 5 years with an annual renewal if taken out for 12 months.
